Houston Leasing and Management Company launched on August 1, 2014, with just 2 properties. Since then, my business has grown to 28 properties in the Montrose and surrounding areas and I plan to continue this rapid growth. My maintenance staff has over 25 years experience in maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and remodeling. This experience reduces the need to use expensive outside contractors.
Each month, I create a report to all my Clients that is concise and easy to understand. With this report, I include ALL invoices that were paid that month from the property’s operating account. By including these invoices, it’s clear that I do not inflate or “pad” the invoices.
